They offered us tasty meals, had lots of options to choose from.

The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with beautiful view of the mountains and the airport.

Everything was simply really good. There were excellent staff and location for a very nice stay at pre-check with a cheerful smile and genuine interest in our visit.

We had a really nice stay at this smart hotel. Design of the rooms looked comfortable, rooms themselves were newly renovated.

Unique location, contemporary style building. The fairmont queen room was luxurious and very well decorated. There was a lot of food for breakfast, including fruit, fresh bread, meats, eggs and cheese. Private beach nearby, that was what I loved. Moreover, it was 5 km from Mcdonald Beach Park. Service in the hotel was marvellous too.

Personalised service, terrific staff, breakfast was delicious, bed was amazing. I enjoyed a rustic decor and antique furniture. It was across the well kept area. Residential location and 5 minutes' walk to the subway.

Hotel had warm reception. The bedroom was spacious. The bed was extremely comfy, no problems with sleep.

Such wonderful stay, we were there for 1 day. The location was unbeatable, the bed was large, reliable hotel. Our room was stylish and had an absolutely fabulous view, liked it. The beautiful bathroom was a plus. Impeccable service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

The staff was very very nice from my arrival up until I left. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe were a nice touch. It was walking distance to Elephant & Castle, where you can have lunch. I really used free Wi-Fi throughout the property a lot.

We had 2 nights in Richmond, spend our time here greatly. The room was quiet, and everything was very clean. We loved it👌👌

The room was good sized. The hotel was near to Aberdeen Skytrain train station.
